How far do you travel for home visits?
FengSilk primarily serves the Hsinchu area, including the East District and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're further away, reach out and we'll see what can be arranged depending on schedule and distance.
What should I prepare before the artist arrives?
A clean face and a well-lit space are the main things. If possible, sit near a window for natural light. It helps to have your outfit ready so the artist can see the full picture when choosing tones and finishes.
Can I request a specific style or reference image?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Sharing reference images — or simply describing what you have in mind — gives the artist a clearer starting point. The session begins with a short conversation before any product is applied.
How do I book, and how far in advance?
Use the contact form on this page or call directly. Booking at least a few days ahead is appreciated, especially for weekends and the Year-End Retrospective Package, which requires coordination with a photographer.
